It is simple - you either like the product or you get to return it for FREE! We cover everything! 

You just drop us an email at support@casualwizard.com within 90 days as of the delivery of the item to your address.

IS MY INFORMATION SECURE?

All transactions are secure and encrypted. We use Stripe for credit card processing and PayPal. 

 

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME TO THE USA?

If we have the item in stock in our warehouse in Sarasota, Florida we will ship via USPS and deliver in 5-7 business days.

If the item is not in stock in our Florida warehouse, it will be shipped from our China warehouse and delivery time will be 2-4 weeks.

We will notify you about delivery time once your order is processed.

 

ARE THERE ANY EXCHANGE RATES?

All of our transactions are based on US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

 

HOW DO I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can contact us the first 24 hours after you've placed your order if you want to amend or cancel your order. Reason is, by that time we've already sent your order for processing in our fulfillment centers around the world (we're fast!).

Make sure to provide your order number and we’ll confirm once the amendment or cancellation has been made.

Please note that any orders that have already been processed, packed or shipped cannot be amended or cancelled.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacation address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.

 

CAN I USE SEVERAL DISCOUNT CODES IN ONE ORDER?

Promotional and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.
